Rules For Bail In Attemp To Murder & How To Get The Bail Rejected.

My father was attempted to Murder. He was in hospital for almost 25 days. The accused is not yet arrested and is absconding. He has other cases too including Arm Act. He was on bail for his earlier crimes. In my father case, He applied for bail in lower court but was rejected. Now he has appealed for bail in high court. We received the info today from Local PS. Hearing is on Monday (12/09/2022). What can be done from ourside so that his bail gets rejected.

dear client as per your query since the case is of attempt to murder and you don't want that the accused should be granted bail then you need to apply for rejection of the bail you need to hire a lawyer you can consult me online...

from out side you have nothing to do but you can appear as the defacto before the High Court with a prayer for not allowing the bail. you can also file Writ Petition for police inaction before the High Court complaining that the police authority is not taking appropriate steps to arrest the accused and acting hands in gloves with the accused.
