Rule to make declared accused to represent as Respondents in Court
20-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Their is three accused against whom charges have been framed by the trial court and Revision court has rejected their revision application to quash the charges framed against them. Now One of the accused out of these three accused filed application in Delhi High Court by making other two declared accused as Respondent No 3 and 4. I wish to understand that these two declared accused can be made Respondents of third accused or not who has filed his application in Delhi High Court? If so under which rule of Law?
Yes they can be made respondents in the high court proceeding which is filed by the accused no 1. It is valid and correct in the rule of law.
You have to argue against all the accused persons before the high court on merits.
