Robbery Case queries regarding arrests and chargesheet filing

16-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My parents house was broken in and robbed of all valuables like jewellery, money and foreign currency in their absence on November 6th 2018. An FIR was lodged and police arrested one culprit ( some valuables recovered) while the other is absconding (remaining valuable and foreign currency with him as per police.)Within how many days is the police liable to present the other culprit too in court? Is chargesheet filed only after both culprits are caught or even if one is caught?

no liability of Police as to the number of days to produce other accused. ..

police will make all the efforts to arrest the absconding accused .

if they arrest him then they will produce him in court.

.chargesheet can be filed against one accused who is caught...
