Road Side Assistance not Activated

I purchased a new vehicle with a year of roadside assistance (RSA), trusting it would support me. However, while traveling, my bike stopped in a remote area at night, and when I called RSA, they said my service wasn’t activated. It's been seven months since I paid, yet it remains inactive. Stranded and distressed, I couldn't reach the company as their phones were off. This negligence is unacceptable, especially for emergency services. How can I hold them accountable and prevent this for others?

Hi, this could be life threatening too. this amounts to deficiency of services for that you can seek back your amount paid to you and approach to the consumer court for compensation and on social media you can give feedback.
