Rights of a Person with Physcatric illness

Hi, I live in PG, there is one person who constantly troubling me. I complained to the owner he warned that person to not to do again. But Im afraid he would again come to trouble me. As a person with Physcatric illness, what should I do if he troubles me again, and what are the laws that protect a person with physcatric illness?

Hi. .if he continues to trouble you same you go and lodge a complaint before the jurisdictional police station because if person is suffering from mental illness they may some time get exempt from the laws for safer side you only lodge the complaint mentioning all these things. Thank you

Dear Sir, Please lodge complaint with police if not accepted file private complaint before the magistrate. If you afraid then even a small child starting joking at you. Be serious and counter him personally without caring for consequences.
