Returned the summon for my son

i've received a summon in the name of my son, who had borrowed some money from a person 2 years ago. And cheating him without returning the money. my son is not in touch. He is living somewhere. So i returned the summon. What ll happen?

arrest warrant will be issued. the person has not mentioned whether he gave any cheques to that person or any money recovery was made from him. however it may be arrest warrant contact eight seven seven eight seven four zero five three four

Sir,
Nothing will happen to you. If your son fail to appear in court when ordered, the judge can issue a warrant may be issued to your son arrest and he could be charged with failing to appear in court.if possible speak to your son . Some time
Judges will give ex parte order or judgement also.
