Respondent not coming from past two years. what to do

Respondent not coming from past two years. My advocate is not saying anything to judge only charging money. What i can do next so that respondent come or case can get dismissed.

1st of let me know what kind of case it is? because in most of the matters the matter would have been exparte in you favour if the respondent is not appearing. You need to elaborate the matter , and secondly if you are not satisfied with the advocate you can change it

Hello your course of action will depend whether case is criminal or civil. If it is a criminal case request the court to issue warrant of arrest of accused and if it is civil case request court to declare the respondent exparte and proceed with the case further.
