Research Question on DV Quashing

25-Jan-2025 (In Criminal Law)
In one of the DV Quashing orders, the Hon’ble High Court has dismissed the revision and transferred the same to the Trial Court to solve expeditiously. But the Hon’ble High Court has mentioned "Interim Order if any, stands vacated". Does it mean that the Lower Court's interim maintenance order has been vacated?

it means that the interim order which is granted in the high court proceedings will be vacated, if it was granted. it is generally order during the finality or disposal of any case in the high court. No it doesn't vacate your interim maintainance order if granted by the family court or the trial court.
