ABSOLUTE ANTICIPATORY BAILS GRANTED BY GUWAHATY HIGH COURT IN JULY 2023.STATEMENT SUBMITED TO ECONOMIC WINGS GUWAHATY AS EX BANKER IN JULY 23.
PLANNING TO VISIT USA WHERE MY SON RESIDES IN MAY 23 FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS .
MAY I LEAVE INDIA ? IS THERE ANY REQUIREMENT IN LAW TO INFORM COURT / AUTHORITY FOR THIS SHORT VISIT BEFORE LEAVING ? I AM RESIDENT OF KOLKATA AND A RETIRED BANK EXECUTIVE .
Hello,
Yes it's wise to inform the Police/Investigating Agency about your leave and the reason of your leave. They can/may file a Cancellation of Bail if they are not made aware about your leave. A lot also depends whether the Chargesheet has been submitted or not.
