Need lawyer to file writ petition at Bombay High Court as Police is not registering FIR on the biggest housing scam at Ambernath by Ambernath Municipal Council, chief officers, town-planners, Builders, Architects, Ambernath Cooperative Registrar, Reputed Private Bank and Public Sector Bank, want Lawyer who work in public interest with very reasonable fees

If police is not filing FIR then you have the remedy to approach magistrate to get FIR lodged. You will have to first write to SP or DCP of the area mentioning the details of the offence and asking for directions to concerned police station for lodging of FIR. Thereafter you may approach magistrate.
