Request to ensure safety and security of soldier family

Sir, I am serving in Indian Army. My family is harassed by village Sarpanch and his sons. They also try to kill my younger brother.My family is under life threatening by village Sarpanch and his sons. I have a video clip in which they abusing and threatening to my family. Police is not lodging complaint against sarpanch due to political pressure. Due to this my family has been shifted from village they can't live in village. what should I do in this situtation
You can file a criminal complaint/ criminal case with judicial magistrate first class or Illaqa majistrate of your district stating the reasons in your complaint that local police is not helping you and u have all the proofs and recordings of harassment . Prove it in the court and the court will take contingence and will issue FIR against the culprits
