Request for Anticipatory Bail & Counter Case for False FIR

A false FIR has been filed against me without any evidence. What are the chances of getting anticipatory bail, and can I also file a counter case under IPC 182/211? What documents should I keep ready for both matters? Please let me know the estimated total cost for handling both the anticipatory bail and the counter case together.

If anyone done false case against you then you can go onrable high court where you file the the application for FIR quashing, For making counter case against opposite party then first you need address proof any two witness etc, as for coast is concern it's depend on situation and place

You can get anticipatory bail in such a case. Since, the case is under investigation, you cannot register a case under 182/211. However, if there is some version of the incident from your end, you can lodge a counter case regarding that. The cost of handling anticipatory bail would be Rupees Ten Thousand.

Yes counter case should be filed. What is the proof which supports your plea on false evidence that documents should be kept ready and for anticipatory bail and filing of counter case shall be 15, 000 and a complain case also should be filed by you. And after taking anticipatory bail go for quashing of F.I.R. By the way of criminal writ in High Court
