If you have sent a representation by Registered Post to the High Court, mere receipt of the representation does not necessarily mean that it has been taken on file or acted upon. You may first verify the postal tracking records to confirm delivery. Thereafter, you may check the case status of the concerned Criminal Original Petitions through the High Court case status portal or inspect the court records through an advocate. If the representation was intended to seek any judicial relief, a properly filed petition/application through the prescribed procedure is generally required. Please consult the advocate handling the matter and verify whether any orders have been passed in the concerned Crl.O.Ps.

If you have sent a representation by Registered Post to the Hon'ble High Court, you should first verify whether it has been delivered using the India Post tracking details. Mere receipt of a representation by the High Court does not mean that it has been accepted or that any judicial order will be passed. If the representation has been placed before the appropriate authority, any action taken will depend upon the nature of the request and the applicable procedure. Since you have mentioned the Crl.O.P. numbers, you may also verify the case status and orders through the High Court case status portal. If no action has been taken on your representation, you may seek appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law after examining the facts and records.
