Reply To Cheque Bounce Notice.

Is it necessary to send money with Reply To Cheque Bounce Notice.... Or we can simply write out counter opinion in reply...

if you wish to settle the matter, it would advisable to give the money and also reply to the notice received by you so as to avoid any dispute in the future.. better to settle the matter as litigation will be time consuming and since you wish to settle the dispute it is good to go ahead and pay the amount and also reply to the notice.

If you wish to simply send money in return of a Cheque Bounce Notice, you can deposit in the account of the person from whom you have received the notice i.e whose money you have defaulted. If you have any excuses like you don't want to make the payment, then you get a Reply to Notice drafted.
