Reply for BNS94 notice u/s 376

If victim don’t want to give audio and video of accused related case u/s 376 because she doesn’t believe on her I.O. From beginning to yet, I.O is biased and non coprative with victim, therefore Victim want to disclose those all audio and video in front of judge only while arguing on charge. Is that okey for case? Or she have to submit all the video and audio to I.O as in bns94 notice she asked for submit related evidence
It's not at all mandatory to disclose all the evidence to the police officials because they are usually biased and can manipulate things against you only. Instead you can always annex the audio or video files during the trial before the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
