If victim don’t want to give audio and video of accused related case u/s 376 because she doesn’t believe on her I.O. From beginning to yet, I.O is biased and non coprative with victim, therefore Victim want to disclose those all audio and video in front of judge only while arguing on charge. Is that okey for case? Or she have to submit all the video and audio to I.O as in bns94 notice she asked for submit related evidence

It's not at all mandatory to disclose all the evidence to the police officials because they are usually biased and can manipulate things against you only. Instead you can always annex the audio or video files during the trial before the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes
all the concern documents (audio, video, hard copy) can be submitted before the court directly.
if you don't trust the IO of the case.
for that you will require a lawyer who knows the legal procedure.

No, you don't have option you have to give evidence to the IO, if you doubt the integrity of the IO ,you could simply complain to the superior officers or file complaint in court to change her. Further, if you do not get the relief , you could file writ petition in High Court as well.

in case the lady does not wish to submit the audio and video to IO that can be done but she will have to engage an advocate to present the case in the court and produce the evidence in the court itself
