Remedy if lawyer doesnot follow instruction of client

What is the remedy available for client if a lawyer who was instructed by their client not to withdraw the 482 application under any circumstances, still withdrew it in High Court after taking full fees.
Move an application on affidavit for recall of the order by stating that no instructions were given to withdraw the Application under 482 to the Lawyer who under some misconception did it. This application can be moved by the same Lawyer or engage another Lawyer
