Remedy as torture by in laws and husband not called for two months

I married on 28th October 2017.my husband is living in New Zealand and after 10days of marriage he went back .his mother father and sister started mentally torture on me after 20days at marriage and near about 2months ago his family throw me out of the house and now m living in my parents house and my husband did not call me near about from 2months even he did not send me any message .now what action I can take against in laws and husband
Dear you can take so many actions against your in laws but our judicial system is very cumbersome but ot doesn't mean that you can not get any relief from the court our court are keen to gove relief but you have to move the court. Now you can file petition under section 125 of cr pc for maintenance and you can also move cour under domestic violence act amd above all it depends upon what you want amd course will be decided by a lawyer so kindly contact a good lawyer who can give you a sincere advice

If your in-laws demanding dowry and thrown you from home to fulfill their demand of dowry and also not returning you belongings, then can make a complaint under section 406 and 498A IPC to police or to court. You can also file complaint under Domestic Violation act in court. You can claim right of residence as well as maintenance.

U Can file an application to SSP against urs husband and in laws and file a petition u/s 9 in court if u wants to live with urs husband . U have to file an apolication us 125 crpc in court for maintenance and residence in ur matrimonial house
