Remedy as selected for SSC but criminal case still pending in court

Sir I am selected for ssc(group c) post But I have a criminal case on my name which is pending in court.wheather they allow me for joining or not.also on the basis of which act they allow me for joining.
Dear sir,
Before joining the job you must have cleared from criminal records and must be undertake before the authority you are cleared from all criminal cases.if not cleared then you will face problem in future.Try to disposed your case as soon as possible.if any problem regarding the issues will raised at the time of joining then you take specific time through undertaking from the authority to disposed the case, You did not clearly mentioned what type of cases pending against you.if the case pending against you is grievous in nature then you disqualify from the service. No such law protect you to save your job.
