What is the status of the FIR? On the basis of a civil suit being dismissed for default, you will not be entitled to get your bail surety/security amount released. However, if the FIR is also quashed then you may.

surely . you can approach the Hon'ble court vide a separate application. the application will be decided on merits and the same would certainly be justified. there is no legal impediment for declining the releif

You have not written details regarding the will. As you are registered owner and case is dismissed from the Hon'ble High court, the amount deposited will be released for this we have to go through the legal process. Pl contact me
