Relaxation of Conditional Bail

10-Feb-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Hi I'm on conditional bail signing every week at police station. The bail order said that I need to sign every week till filing of final report. Now police has said that it has efiled the chargesheet. Can I stop signing or should I apply for relaxation and then only I can stop signing? My lawyer isn't giving the right answer and I need guidance.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can stop signing only after the relaxation has been given by the court, and once the chargesheet is filed, your trial proceedings should commence anytime soon, thank you, you can contact me for any clarifications
