Yes you apply for interim bail for compliance with bail conditions. Include that bail is required for financial arrangement and bail compliance. although granting of bail is at the discretion of the court.

Well, your Husband has already been granted Bail, as you are saying he has got the Bail Order but with terms and conditions, to comply which, you need time, so until and unless, you will able to fulfill such terms and conditions of depositing Cash of 2.5 Lakhs and producing 3 Solvent Sureties before Court, your Husband will not be released. If you want to change the terms and conditions of the Bail Order, so as to relax such terms and conditions, then, we have to gain apply fresh Bail Application!

if the court has passed a particular order in your favour means like asking you to give a solvency or any security so you have to comply with the order and if at all it is not possible for you to comply with the order you have to move one application before the court asking permission that you will comply with the order within 30 days.
