Related to RTI Document validity in court of law?

Is Rti document certified by PIO valid in court? My document is a reply from a Sales tax officer duly signed and stamped and dated by him. The document is already exhibited in court.

Any document received through RTI can be filed in the Court and is a valid piece of evidence. You can rely on the document and file it in the court. When already exhibited it will be considered as evidence.
