Hi my name is shiwal. I have been attacked by the persons two of them have gone to Canada after they were booked under an FIR sections 323,506,509,341,34,ipc and section 11(1) a of pca act 1960 . And i have filed the protest petition to the same court for the harder section, video recordings and cctv footage have also been given. And the case is still pending before the HON'BLE court. He has not joined the any of the date. What can be dont to get him deported.
hello client as i can see your issue is is really very much serious issues . in the matter you have described. so in this matter the accuaed wjonhave runaway to canada can be deported but with the help of high court only through which these fellow can bw bring back to india and there trial can properly executed by the concern court.
