Registered Flat owners Association - Dispute with Treasurer & Group

Total 35 flat owners/members.Due to differences of opinion Treasurer is not updating us with the financial status/ transactions/income- expenses for the last 7 months.Now our term has ended on July 31st and Treasurer did not co-operate to submit the updated books of accounts,income expenses details for our evaluation/discussion/approval of managing committee.Hence it could not be send to Auditor and Annual Reportcould not be published.Instead the Treasurer formed an adhoc committee consisting of 14 members and acting as per her whims without consulting the elected official committee.She also fabricated a resolution of a fake imaginary AGM,presented it to bank to mislead them into believing that the present ofice bearers have quit and she is entrusted with the management of affairs and only authorised to operate the account.The Bank grew suspicious of her motive and freezed the account.Kindly advise legal measures to pressurise her to submit the books of accounts to committee for Audit.
