Registered complaint regarding Succession Certificate against lawyers

I have registered complaint regarding Succession Certificate against 3 lawyers who handled my case at the court which was disposed last year. The compliant was sent to the Tamil Nadu Bar Council by post. But was returned back to me twice. Which could be due to complaint not being in exact procedure. I need advice in what the procedure is, Since the complaint is on 3 lawyers, What should the complaint must contain and do i have to attach each proof such as CDs, telephonic conversation in written etc in 7 copies or just the compliant letter alone as it is only mentioned the complaint should be in 6+1 copies in the bar council instructions.

The complaint should be in proper format as described in bar council website. You should appoint an advocate for this purpose to appear before the bar council. You affix thousand rupees in form of demand draft against every advocate with sufficient copy of complaint and documents and mention the enrollment number office address and residence of each counsel
