Regd quash petition and allowability

My mother in law filed a false case against me and my family members. She claims that I hurt her due to which she got admitted. Police filed fir and charge sheet as per her wish. The claimed incident happneed in 2015 and fir filed in 2018. Charge sheet filed now. What are chances of quash.
Yes..You can file the quash petition for quashing the charge sheet..There are high chances for quashing the charge sheet against your family members..As far as your case alone is concerned, the FIr and the charge sheet shall be gone through and decide .The delay in filing the Fir is the valid reason for quashing the charge sheet..

You can very well file quash petition in the present case. On the Ground of delay in filing FIR based on complaint in the year 2015. Also there are several judgments of Supreme Court and High Courts which are in your supportive which says that a false case with a motive to torture family relatives is not acceptable and liable to be quashed.
