Regd Bail for murder charge and I. How many days can he get bail

My husband Is charged with murder case but he is not the prime accused he is accused no 13 out of 15 accuses. Just wanted to know how many times can he reapply for bail in high court

Hi, with regard to your query below is the response: You cannot go to High Court directly for bail. If the lower court rejects your bail application, then only you can approach the High Court for Bail. You can do this once only. If you approach for second time, you should show the change of circumstances for approaching second time.

Dear Madam, On every change of circumstances or development of circumstances or on new backgrounds, one can apply for bail and get it granted. Get appoint a reputed advocate to get the bail. Since he is not a main accused on some conditions it will be granted. Nothing to worry.
