Regards 420 case related query need clarification

Many people (20+) both mens and womens are arrested for online scam by chain process. Will it be a biggest problem what will be the punishment and how to get bail. will they released on bail.

Regarding these Online scams, yes it is a highly complicated problem; and the people who got their bank accounts directly/indirectly involved in those scams might face unsurmountable hardships for getting Bail/Anticipatory Bail; as per Section 420 of I.P.C. & Section 66D of I.T. act, the court will strictly follow protocol and mostly declines the bail applications unless you provide any substantial proof to prove that you are not involved.
