Regarding unnatural death of my sister.

My sister is brtually raped and murdered in punjab and police is not doing proper investigation, even the FIR was not registered by police officials. FIR was registered in hurry when we found the dead body in pathetic conditions, i can share photographs with u, even injuries are mentioned in Postmortem opinion report , beside that police is trying to prove it suicidal case as they are connived with accused party who have the support of big congress minister of punjab thats why even the higher police officials DGP, IG, SSP are misdirecting us on the name of investigation. I want to directly move to Supreme court as that Congress minister has himself hold the president position of state Bar council many a times so may be he can influence high court of punjab also. So, please help me to get justice for my sister. I also want to mention that i am not financially that much strong but i can try whatever fees i could pay.
