Regarding Tresspass of farm land

I have farm land in which a person which i know him without my permission has sown sugar cane crop. what action i should take agaist him. does it amounts to criminal tresspass or civil tresspass.

Sir, the trespass is criminal offence. Without your permission he sown sugar cane, it amounts to trespass and committed criminal offence. you can act upon him by lodge the complaint in police station. if police not registered your complaint then move it forward to DCP or ACP. You have I another option is that, if both are failed to take legal action against him, then you can approach directly to the magistrate by filing privete complaint against him. since you are the owner of the farm land and you are in possession of the said property you have to file a civil suit seeking relief of permanent injunction from the jurisdictional civil court
you can also file complaint with the jurisdictional police to make it as one of the grounds for cause of action but as it is a civil dispute police may not interfere in this
