Regarding travel to abroad for job

Dear sirs, I have been falsely booked under section 417, 493, 294(b), 420 & 506(1) and got bail. It is been almost 2 years and first level of hearing from complainant has been heard. Afterwards complainant has not present before court many times so still the case is pending in court. And also Due to non availability of judge in mahila court And COVID the case is further getting delayed. Now I am getting job opportunity in abroad. Kindly suggest what should be the next step if I want to Persue my career in abroad.
