Regarding transfer of case from different state to home state.

Hello Sir/Mam,
I have been stuck in one legal case, in a different state. How can I know if my case can be transferred to my hometown in Jharkhand. My case is in WB.
We would like to inform you that as per the law if cases pertains to other state and question for transfer from other stare then ,only Hon'ble Supreme court have jurisdiction to interfere in the matter and transfer the same from one state to other.

If it’s a criminal case, you’ll need to file an application in the Supreme Court of India under Section 406 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC). The Court allows transfer from one state to another only if there is a strong reason—like if your life is in danger, you feel you won’t get a fair trial in West Bengal, or if it's very difficult for you or your witnesses to attend the court there.
If it’s a civil case, then also you’ll need to approach the Supreme Court, but under Section 25 of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC). You’ll have to explain why attending the case in West Bengal is very hard for you—maybe due to health problems, distance, financial issues, or other serious difficulties.
In both cases, the Supreme Court will only allow transfer if it believes that it’s necessary for justice. So, it’s best to hire a good Supreme Court lawyer who can file the transfer petition for you with all the proper documents and reasons.

if you are a woman then file a transfer petition before supreme court of india. otherwise also you can move before supreme court if you can prove any medical condition or any other disability. in cases of transfer petition by women supreme court transfer cases very easily.
