If a person set free from police station under 24 hours by giving some money then is it important to fill your details in attestation form. if a person doesn't fill this incident in it's attestation form is it problematic in police verification.nis this any kind of record police make or not ?
the name of the person should be removed from the fir and whatever money is being paid for whatever purpose, the name has not been removed from the police record. if there is any govt verification and the name shows up then there will be certain problems. if you are ready for that then it is not a problem but it is advisable to get the name removed from FIR
