Regarding quashing of DV and 498a chargesheet

17-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Our marriage happened on 15.01.2020 and her final departure from home with me to her paternal home was on 03.01.2021. After that repeated attempts were made to bring her back, but she was very hostile and aggressive, that I couldnt bring her. There are video evidence and two eye witness of the above fact. Lastly, she lodged 125 CrPC on 18.02.2021, 498a/406/34 on 11.05.2021 and DV Act on 08.06.2021. No dowry is involved here and police only seized streedhan on 31.05.2021, we got bail on 02.06.2021 and charged sheet was filed on month of June itself. Now, in this three application, absolutely no evidence or names of witness are provided, only allegations are levelled that also are generalized and vague in nature and arent specific. Also, in every application, her version of statements changed. Now due to continuous non appearance in 125 CrPC, the process has gone for so-cause against her now. Now, if I quash the FIR/Charegsheet, should it have impact on DV case? Religion : Hindu.
