Regarding Quashing of Charge IPC 306 in high court

Dear sir, IPC 306 is charged against me in session court. Court has given judgent that I have love affair with victim. And I refused to marry with that girls so IPC 306 is applicable on me. Though Content as per IPC 107 are missing in my case. I read court cases where HC bombay given Results refusal to marry and person commit suicide does not come under IPC 306. Is my charge quashable ? How much it will take to quash ?. I am putting this matter in High court Now

I don’t know what substance and evidnece has been recorded in the charge sheet and did you file your discharge application before the sessions court in that matter... will first have to see your matter then we can arrive on certain conclusion call me for further assistance
