Regarding physicaly assault and abuse by SIS security guard

Sir,
I was in the queue , waiting for my number to withdraw money from ATM. Now it was my turn to withdraw money but then SIS personnel came and their security guard told me that there was no cash in machine.
I said that ok if there was no cash in machine then i would take mini statement of my ATM card .
They started to abuse me and physically hold my arm and pushed forcely.
Also threatening me to alleged false case against you and your whole family.
All the incident was captured in cctv footage
As per law yiu have right to lodge a criminal case against him and also lodge complaint to security guard company and bank for misbehaviour of the same. If be person who is going to deposit cash then they have right to out the person who is within ATM
