Your mother and Uncle being legal heirs of your grandfather, how come your uncle's sons filed partition suit in 1998. Your uncle was alive at that time. Both, your mother and uncle sold part of the property and enjoyed the money. I need more information.

you should have filed civil suit when your uncle was alive for the declaration of the said sale null and void.. it is late now.... but being the legal heir, you have the rights to file a civil suit.
