Regarding non cognizable police complaint

Is there any way of knowing if a non cognizable police complaint has been registered against me either through RTI or some other means?
Dear Sir,
Yes, you can know the same by filing a RTI application before concerned Police Station but it may be delayed. Alternatively, you may approach concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court and check the concerned register as to whether any FIR was registered against you.
