Regarding Mentally Unstable Person

Hello sir, I have a cousin who lives on a seperate builder apartment in the same building. He is mentally unstable and he usually threatens us and neighbours, abuses everyone and try to hit them too. He changes the position of CCTVs that I have installed. Recently he tried to assault one of our society's member. I have called police too but they do nothing. I can't afford private psychiatric facilities. What to do?

Write a written complaint to the police officials of your area just in case he does anything which may not be acceptable. And you can urge the other society people too register the same complaint. And keep an eye on him through your CCTV.

We advise you to file a written intallah peshbandi application to the concerned DCP and SHO with the help of a lawyer. Lawyer will draft it on the basis of the brief submitted by you. This is a precautionary measure
