regarding harassment at work place

i am working at govt institution since last nine years. my HOD sent all my ACR record as poor/very poor. so, my probation period is not cleared till now. since last 3 years, he is not allowing me to do my duties and intentionally started marking me absent which resulted in stoppage of my salaries for more than a year. i filed writ petition. as a result, my all the salaries are released by court order. what further action, can i take against my employees for stopping my salaries and harassing me.

Hello Sir /mam For salary = You can file a complaint with the labor court within one year of the due date of your salary. You can also file a civil suit to recover unpaid salary, bonuses, and other benefits. For harrassment = File a complaint to Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) .
