Regarding government jobs and FIR

Someone filed a complaint against me. Police summoned me for inquiry. I was found guilty. But crime was done by the complainer also , so he didn't filed a case. Do i have a criminal background ? Can i get government jobs ? Only complaint was registered Case was not done
