Mere bhai ko pocso ke false case me phasaya gaya hai agr bail ke liye file karte hai aur wo Frist time reject hojati hai to kitne time period ke bd second bail session court me dobara file Kar skte hai aur high court me agr second time file kare bail to uska time period Kitna Hoga
Time period is not the essence but changes in circumstances are essential ingredients to file another bail. There is no law on time period for filing consecutive bails. You may move to High court after session court rejected your bail. All the best

Broadly anticipatory bail can be filed only once before one court i.e. sessions and High court successively, unless, circumstances change so much as to allow a fresh look, there are differing judgments on this point. if a regular bail, ordinarily, after a few days or even months depending upon various stages of investigation/ trial.
