Regarding financial fraud they cheated some money

There two person one male and female telling my mother that they have giving loan with if we pay 50000 they will be 3 lakhs loan and we have to pay and close the loan with 2 lakhs enough. Like wise they got around some 15 lakh and they give check also time with first time it's bounced second time my mother asked they told give 50000 then only I will give the check like that both checks bounced. Then they not speaking like they giving the money and pushing her mentally because this not known to
