Regarding False FIR quashing u/s 354C/506/509

Mere khilaaf in sections mein FIR registered kari gayi hai U/s 354C/506/509 IPC jo galat hai but jisne mere khilaaf FIR karwayi hai unke saath Mera compromise ho gaya hai infront of the IO (Investigation officer) kya ab ye FIR police station se quash ho sakti hai ya mujhe high court jaana padega??

You will have to go to the High Court for quashing the FIR with the compromise of the IO then the FIR will be quashed otherwise if FIR is not quashed then it will remain in the Police Station which will give you loss in future like for example in making documents like passport Etc

high court se hi hoti hai fir quash. wahi se hi hoyegi. compromise hone mein dono party court jayengi Or IO ko bhi jana padega court hi bulayegi. high court main file karni padegi fir quashing fir uske baad jake hearing date milegi Or fir quash ho jyega.

aapko high court hi Jana padega as ye power sirf high court ke pass hai. FIR aur us se related koi bhi proceedings ko khatam karne ki power sirf high court ke pass hai. toh aapko quashing on the basis of compromise dalna hoga.

You need to approach the High Court according to your jurisdiction and get the said FIR quashed. You should have the copy of the FIR along with its true translation in English. You also need to attach the settlement deed on which the compromise happened. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
