Regarding false fir and wrongful arrest.

A Fir was registered against me in 2022 .My name in both fir and charge sheet are not correct.The chargesheet filed by police is doesnot explain the role of any accused involved.section charged are 323;324;342;506. Trial for this case started in august 2022 and since then complaint is not appearing in court.How should I proceed.

hi first need to see the contents of the chargesheet and its contents and if the said allegations are false then you could file quash petition to quash the chargesheet on the ground that he is not connected to the present crime
