Regarding false Fir against me
21-Feb-2025 (In Criminal Law)
Sir, a case registered against me under section 294, 504 of ipc on 01.08.24 and the police submitted final report before the court on 01.01.22 but they not arrested me and also not taken any statement from me. But till now I don't know anything about the case approx 04 years have been passed since registration of the case
dear client as per your query since false FIR is filled against you so at least you must be knowing who has filled the case against you and the case n so that you get help to find the stage of the case..
