Regarding false Fir against me


21-Feb-2025 (In Criminal Law)
Sir, a case registered against me under section 294, 504 of ipc on 01.08.24 and the police submitted final report before the court on 01.01.22 but they not arrested me and also not taken any statement from me. But till now I don't know anything about the case approx 04 years have been passed since registration of the case

Hello, If you are aware about the case details, then you can approach any lawyer who can help you to procure the certified copies and take surrender before the Court if necessary or if an FRT has been filed then you don't need to take a bail. Regards

I need all the documents you have, so that I can search before the learned court about the case against you and at what stage the case is standing at this point. we have to find out the record so that I can inspect in detail that wheathe your name has been removed from the case and the chargesheet IO submitted.
