Regarding cheating in collage exam

Sir mere frnd ne apni jagah kisi or ko bithaya tha clz exams main lekin woh pakda gya woh person abhi jail main hai lekin uski bail ho jayegi par jo IPC mere frnd pe lgi hai F.I.R main uska name hai sir kya kya panelities lag sakti hai iss case main or imprisonment bhi ho sakti hai kya isske liye kya kar sakte hai iss case main sir please advice dijiye

hello , in your case there are chances of both conviction and acquittal, it depends upon how your case is defended by your lawyer. a good lawyer always fights the case for prospective of acquittal and not for conviction. your friend may be acquitted of all charges. don't worry about conviction at this initial stage. think positive. have a great day ahead.
