Regarding Charge sheet on 498A can be ask court to conduct inquiry

There was a charge sheet filed on me & my blood relations and moved to court. But policemen enquired at my wife parents place but not at my place where i lead matrimonial life, so will that charge sheet can be challenged.Bcoz we did no mistake so if they enquire at my place actual facts will come out and will be surely against to my wife or infavour of us.. So can we ask the court to re-enquire at matrimonial place sir... please clarify it sir..
This suggestion for you only. The concerned case investigation officer having ample power under Cr .P.C to do his duties as per case concerned. But your case concerned not enquire at you place the point will be considered at the time of judgement. If your option is to file quash petition before honble high court. So pl.to discuss your advocate.
