REGARDING CASE OF DEFAMATION AND JURISDICTIONS

Complain file again me about contineous 6-7 complain. On the basis of complain court of inquiry orderd and I found no guilty. Complain send from rajasthan by Indian post and complaint my family member and I posted in west Bengal and inquiry also done in west Bengal. nCan I suit defamation against complaints from west Bengal. nBecause my reputation damage in west Bengal.
